Hi, I am wondering if Exotv allows us to set our portal and our customers can't change it.
I am asking this because we are giving free box with our TV subscription and we don't want our customers can unsubscribe and use some other service with our box.

Yes, your portal url is hardcoded.
We have also in our roadmap an admin panel. From that place you could replace the portals remotely as well as some other configurations.
